I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your assistance not only with the sale of my property in Cape Coral, but also all of the help you gave me while it was being built. Being in Chicago, it was very difficult for me to monitor the construction progress of the house. The pictures you sent, monitoring the status of the City inspections, and your regular personal inspections were invaluable to me.

Also, with all the problems I had with the builder, your advice was absolutely necessary to ensure progress on the house continued through the hard times the builder was experiencing. This was my first experience with investment real estate. I was lucky that I called you because in addition to being a realtor you had knowledge regarding the construction process that I lacked. . Without your help, not only would my house not be sold already, but considering the problems with the builder it would probably not even be even close to completed.

As I said, thank you so much for your time, advice, expertise, and hard work in assisting getting my house built and sold. You went above and beyond what I expected and I would be glad to recommend you to anyone. Also I will be contacting you in the near future to explore other investment opportunities or possibly a second home for myself.
